Work through the common causes of failed, queued, or stuck VidFlow generation jobs.

First checks
- Check provider credentials with Test Connection.
- Check provider credits or billing.
- Check provider status, model availability, and rate limits.
- Confirm the selected model/settings combination is valid.
Known setting issues
- Hailuo 2.3 Fast requires Start Frame.
- Hailuo 1080P is not available with 10-second duration.
- Hailuo 512P requires Hailuo 02 and Start Frame.
Background polling
Jobs can continue after you leave the Create Video page. If jobs stay queued or processing for too long, check Action Scheduler/background tasks and server cron health.
Recovery
- Open Video Library.
- Review the failed job message.
- Adjust credentials, credits, or settings as needed.
- Retry a known failed job from the library after fixing the cause. A new generation request can incur another charge; inspect uncertain outcomes before retrying.
Logging
Turn on debug logging only when you need more detail, then turn it off again after collecting the information.
Google failures
Check Google account access, select Gemini Omni 1.1 Flash, and review protected local storage. All whole-second durations from 3 to 10 work at 360p, 720p, 1080p (upscaled) and 4K (upscaled). A provider operation that finished still needs authenticated local retrieval before the WordPress job can complete.
