These terms cover the VidFlow AI website, documentation and support resources.
2. Pro purchases, refunds and cancellation
Freemius is the merchant of record for VidFlow AI Pro purchases and handles checkout, payments, transaction taxes and customer-account services.
Pro purchases are subject to the Freemius End User License Agreement presented at checkout. Review its provisions covering subscriptions, automatic renewal, cancellation, refunds, license entitlements and updates before purchasing. These website terms do not amend or replace that agreement.
The Freemius EULA describes the 14-day first-purchase refund policy and its exclusions. For a product refund request, email support@vidflow-ai.com. Manage subscriptions and automatic renewal through your Freemius customer account.
Nothing here limits rights that applicable law makes mandatory.
3. Plugin licensing
VidFlow AI plugin code is distributed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. Your rights to use, copy, modify and distribute that code are governed by the GPL. These website terms do not add restrictions to those rights.
4. AI providers and your content
VidFlow AI connects your WordPress site to third-party providers using the credentials you supply. Provider accounts, availability, usage charges and policies are separate from your VidFlow AI Pro purchase. Provider charges are paid separately and are not included in the Pro subscription.
You are responsible for securing your credentials, having appropriate rights and permissions for submitted material, and reviewing generated output before using or publishing it. AI output may be inaccurate, unsuitable or subject to third-party rights. VidFlow AI does not provide copyright clearance or publication approval.
5. Support
Free documentation is available on this website. Free plugin support is available through the WordPress.org support forum.
Pro product support is provided by VidFlow AI at support@vidflow-ai.com, subject to the eligibility provisions in the Freemius EULA. We aim to provide an initial response within 24 hours; this is a response target, not a guaranteed response or resolution time.
6. Website use and privacy
Do not misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation or infringe another person’s rights.
We aim to keep the website and documentation accurate and available, but information, features and third-party services can change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website access or compatibility with every environment.
Our Privacy Policy explains website and plugin data handling, including optional embedded videos and cookie preferences.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
7. Changes and contact
Updates to these website terms will show a revised effective date and apply prospectively. They do not retrospectively remove existing rights or commitments.
