Watch the Video Library tutorial
We recommend publishing completed videos to YouTube before embedding and selecting its published player to reduce video bandwidth and playback load on your WordPress hosting.
Where to find it
Open VidFlow AI -> Video Library. The library is the main admin view for generated video records.
What the library shows
- Generated videos and job status badges.
- Provider/platform information.
- Saved title, with prompt fallback for older untitled records.
- Thumbnail or preview where available.
- Publishing status and destination links when a video has been published.
Main actions
- Preview completed videos.
- Copy the shortcode.
- Download a generated video.
- Retry failed jobs.
- Revoke signed local video links.
- Delete a video record and associated local attachments.
- Publish completed videos to configured destinations.
Filters
- Free includes basic status, platform, and publishing-status filters.
- Pro can add advanced search, date range, favorites-only filtering, and sort controls when enabled.
Storage behavior
Provider-hosted URLs are the default playback and download fallback. Local Media Library copies are used when optional storage is enabled and import succeeds.
Retries and recovery
Retrying a known failed generation can submit a new provider request and incur another charge. If the outcome is uncertain, inspect the saved job and provider status first. Product Video requests offer saved-request recovery; do not start a new request simply because a response was lost.
Google local results
Google results always use protected local storage. The provider-hosted default above applies to Hailuo videos.
