What it shows
- Publishing jobs created from Video Library or supported Pro merged-video workflows.
- Destination status.
- Published links when available.
- Failures and retry opportunities.
- Background-task diagnostics when publishing cannot progress.
When to use it
- A YouTube upload was queued but has not finished.
- A publish action failed and you need the status message.
- You want to open a published destination link.
- You need to confirm background tasks are running.
Important behavior
- Publishing uses background work so uploads can continue outside the original dialog.
- Large video uploads can depend on server limits and background task health.
- Previously successful published links can remain visible while a retry or new publish attempt runs.
Open and filter activity
Open Publishing Activity from the Video Library publishing action. Filter the queue to find relevant uploads, inspect safe failure messages and page through history. Retry after the known upload failure is fixed.
