Identify the playback source
- Provider-hosted URL returned by Hailuo.
- Local signed URL for a protected Media Library video, including required Google local copies.
- Published destination playback such as YouTube.
Provider-hosted issues
- Provider URL expired.
- Provider CDN is blocked.
- The site or browser cannot reach the provider media URL.
Local signed issues
- Signed URL expired.
- Cache/CDN served an old signed URL.
- Refresh REST route is blocked.
/vidflow-video/*is blocked by server, cache, or security tooling.
Published playback issues
- YouTube publish failed or link is not available.
- Front-end playback preference is not set to use published playback when available.
Local and Pro sources
For Google videos and Pro merged videos, check that the saved local file exists and that playback refresh requests are allowed. Check both the admin preview and the page your visitors see.
