Requirements vary by workflow
- Keep compatible VidFlow AI Free and Pro plugins active. Use a matched Free/Pro pair on WordPress 7.0+ with PHP 8.2.35+, 8.3.36+, 8.4.27+ or 8.5.12+ within the same branch. Earlier patch levels are blocked.
- Use an administrator for project, batch and merge management, with permission to access the media involved.
- Product Videos for WooCommerce additionally requires WooCommerce 8.0+ and product/media permissions. Existing-video assignment does not submit generation.
- Model-aware motion, voice, frames and native durations depend on your selected provider/model settings.
- Browser merges need a compatible browser, accessible source media and a tab that stays open until the result is saved.
Google and Gemini requirements
Free supports Hailuo and Google generation. Provider connections, individual video creation, embeds, the Video Library and YouTube publishing remain Free. We recommend publishing completed videos to YouTube before embedding and selecting its published player to reduce video bandwidth and playback load on your WordPress hosting.
Use compatible Free and Pro plugins for Gemini Product Video tools. Choose and save a supported text model for your connection before using Auto, then check image-model access separately.
Billing and access
Annual Pro pricing is $40 for one site, $80 for three sites, or $200 for Agency (15 sites), with the same Pro feature set. Product Videos for WooCommerce is built into Pro. Your provider bills generation separately; image, text and video requests can have separate charges.
