Requires compatible VidFlow AI Free and Pro plugins with an active Pro license.
Start with the plugin and license notices, then check the requirement for the specific missing control.

Check dependencies first
- Open WordPress Plugins and confirm VidFlow AI Free and Pro are both active.
- Read any dependency or minimum-version notice. Use compatible Free and Pro packages; check the minimum-version requirements for the workflow.
- Open VidFlow AI → Settings and read the displayed license status.
- Refresh the affected admin screen after activation or access changes.
A provider key cannot activate a Pro license. A Pro license cannot replace a provider connection or credits.
Check the missing tool’s requirements
- Projects, Batch and merge management: use an administrator account.
- Product Videos for WooCommerce: use WooCommerce 8.0+ and an account allowed to edit the product and access its media.
- Camera motion: choose a supported model and input combination.
- Advanced Library filters: enable the setting if the extra controls are hidden.
If only one control is missing, check that control’s requirements before changing the entire plugin setup.
Check package compatibility
Google requires a Free package that includes the Google connector. Gemini Product Video tools also require compatible Pro, WooCommerce and provider access.
Review prepared Product Video drafts in Single or Batch. Gemini prompt and image tools are part of the WooCommerce Product Video workflow.
If the screen still fails
If controls do not load, check for a failed admin script in the browser console or network panel. Update Free and Pro to compatible versions and contact support if the page remains blank.
Send support the Free and Pro versions, affected screen, WordPress and WooCommerce versions, and the error message or a screenshot. Remove API keys, license credentials and signed media URLs.
